Since publishing the first version of the Climate Product Management Playbook in December 2023, almost 2,000 people have downloaded it and we have received so much positive feedback. One theme that stood out: more practical examples would really help bring the theory to life and inspire action. As a result, in the next version of the playbook, we plan to include practical examples, and we want to feature you!

It might help you to refer directly to the best practices in the Playbook. (e.g. reduce page weight and complexity, leverage AI in a sustainable manner, etc.).
