Liability Waiver: By registering I voluntarily participate with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I assume full responsibility of such risks. I recognize that fitness programs require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any fitness program. I release the fundraiser organizers, instructors and all employees of the organization of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or others and 2) any loss or damage to personal property.
