Please use this form to provide some basic information to help us create a quote for your event.  Even if you aren't sure of all the details, you can use this to reach out to us with any questions you have about the rental or equipment.  This form is not a contract, and filling it out does not commit either party to the rental.

Please note that you will be swinging a golf club inside of your event space.  It is important that you check the space prior to our arrival to verify there will be adequate space to avoid causing damage to any property, pets, or persons.  Our system uses foam balls that are soft but may cause damage to fragile items in the play area if they miss the screen.  If we arrive to set up the rental and determine that the space is not safe, you will forfeit the setup fee and 50% of the rental fee will be refunded.
