All packaging and utensils must be recyclable or compostable.
Separate bins are on site. Stallholders must separate their waste before putting it in the appropriate bin.
Bottled water is not to be sold, in accordance with the Kangaroo Valley sustainability program. Chilled water is available for free at the bar.
All electrical equipment used must be tagged.
You MUST HAVE public liability insurance. A copy of your certificate of currency MUST be submitted with your contract.
If selling food and drinks you must comply with Shoalhaven City Council’s regulations. A Council inspector will be on site.
2 adult wristbands are provided per standard stall. Children under 12 are free. Extra passes can be purchased (Earlybird ticket sales from 1 July).
