For children 5-12 years old.

No previous knowledge of Mandarin or Spanish is required.

Time: 8:30 to 3:00 p.m

 $80 a day/per a child  Sibling discount price $70
 $5 Material fee a day/per child
 Before Care 7:30 am-8:30 pm $10 a day/per a child
 This is only for child who is coming for the day camp.
 After Care 3:00-5:30 $20 a day/per a child this is only for child who sign for whole day camp.

Participants Behavior All student participants are expected to conduct themselves according to Kids Elite student rules. *

Accommodating Students with Special Need  If a student has an assistant/paraprofessional during the school day, they must also have an assistant/Para-professional to work with them during the After-School Program or non School day programs. This assistance must be provided by the parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must contact Kids Elite a minimum of 2 weeks to coordinate this. *

Liability Release I, the undersigned, in consideration of my child’s participation in the summer program(s) offered at Kids Elite, assume all risk and do hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and release Kids Elite and staff members, including its owners, employees, volunteers, and representatives for any and all liability from any injury or loss which may be suffered by the above-named child arising out of or in any way connected with the participation in this program.  I further authorize Kids Elite to obtain any emergency and/or medical treatment on my child’s behalf.  I have read, fully understand, and hereby voluntarily agree to the terms of this agreement and release. *
