REQUIREMENTS & GUIDELINES
- Must be fictional. Live-action characters and personas are fine, but the latter is a case-by-case situation. 

- Can be in a different tournament, but PLEASE make them different enough. I don't want to make this a crossover project with existing tournaments.

- Must be in a balance level similar to previous characters. Luigi for example:

- Can overlap with Luigi, and any other characters here, but no main media of others (A.K.A no Mario for now!)

- Doesn't have to have a render done for them, we can use PNGs. But, please have at least have transparent background PNGs somewhere in the internet.

- I don't know how many I will be able to do, so please don't expect your sub to get in 100%. I will not say if a submission has been rejected until the end, to keep the surprise factor. 

- ALSO, I WILL NOT FOCUS ON THIS 100%, THIS IS LIKE. A FOR FUN THING ON TOP OF ME HAVING OTHER PROJECTS SO LIKE DON'T EXPECT EVERYTHING TO BE DONE SOON.
