All the HARGA member clubs are strongly encouraged to select a team of three pairs (six players total) to play in this 4BBB Stableford event and represent their Club. All players must be an eligible Rabbit on the date of play. There will be prizes for best pair and best Club on the day. The Team scores will be combined with the score from the Autumn Invitational Event to held at Oakdale GC on Sunday Sept 22nd to determine a champion HARGA Club.
Ripon City Rabbits Section is co-hosting this Invitational Event with HARGA. To ensure the Event runs smoothly they will be using the Club Competition Software to manage cards, scores etc. For this reason a CDH ID (England Golf Handicap Number) is required as part of the registration process for every player entered. This will enable score cards to be prepared complete with playing handicap allowances calculated for the format and course.
Note: Based on the names submitted by this form, it will be assumed that Player 1 will be paired with Player 2 to form Club Team A etc. etc. Please take this into consideration as you list the order of your player names.
Tee times will be organised in three groups so that each club has one early tee-time, one mid tee-time and one later tee-time. This will help even-out the potential impact of changing course, weather or light conditions. Plays 1 & 2 will be in the early group; Players 3 & 4 in the mid tee-times and Players 5 & 6 will be in the later tee-times. Please take this into consideration as you plan your team and player availability.

Please respond by April 1st latest - draw for tee-times will be made at the HARGA Spring Quarterly meeting on April 8th, and communicated to the Club Rabbits Secretaries by April 9th. Member Clubs will be responsible for communicating these tee-times to their players; however, we plan to put the four-ball pairs and tee-times up onto the public HARGA website so that they are visible for all to check.
Cost per player is £12 (£10 green-fee (paid to Ripon GC); £2 for the prize pot (paid to HARGA) please bring cash or money will be collected by Ripon in the proshop using their terminal.
