Thank you for taking time to complete this short questionnaire regarding the postponement of the 2020 Spring Season. due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Coweta County Department of Recreation has temporarily suspended all organized sporting activities until it is safe for players and families to participate in or attend sporting events in a safe and healthy environment.
SAAA plans to do the following: (1) if permitted, resume the season in May 2020 and play games during the months of May through July 2020 and (2) issue a partial refund for those unable to continue to play over the summer. If the summer league is not viable or the county has continued to suspend play, we will issue a partial refund or apply your partial refund as a credit for Fall 2020 registration.
If there is a a summer season, our goal is to have the season completed by July 4th (however, we are accounting for first two weeks of July in case any rain-outs or reschedules). The season would consist of approximately 10-12 games depending on the age groups. There may be some some tournament play depending on number of teams participating.

Please complete one form for all of your children in park by selecting all of the appropriate boxes for your players. If you have multiple players, and the answers do not apply to all of the players, please complete a separate form for each player with different responses.
