Please submit the following information 48 hours prior to your next billing cycle in order to cancel your membership and incur no further charges. That would be two full days prior to the next month's billing date for Monthly Memberships or two full days prior to the next year's billing date for Yearly Memberships. There are no refunds given on Monthly Memberships. Refunds for cancelling Yearly Memberships will be calculated based on the number of months the member has been registered, MINUS a $30 cancellation fee to recover the bonus free month discount awarded during the Yearly Membership Registration.
