HOW TO ENTER:

Participating bars must email marketing@tourismbonaire.com by June 10th, 2022 with the following information:
• Your name, Bar name & email address.
• Picture of your cocktail.
• Cocktail name.
• Ingredients with step by step info. How to prep your Ron Diplomatico cocktail including garnish and glassware.
(All ingredients must be in ml)

• Personal Instagram handle.
• The featured Ron Diplomatico cocktail can then be promoted at the participating bar.
• When posting on Instagram, the venue or bartender must do the following:
• Follow @BonaireTourism & @carribeanjournal on Instagram
• Take a photo of the cocktail
• Post the photo to their Instagram account, tagging @BonaireTourism @Carribeanjournal #BonaireRumWeek

ELIGIBILITY AND TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• This Competition is open to any bartender working at a bar on Bonaire.
• Each participant must email us at marketing@tourismbonaire.com with their cocktail recipe, photo and inspiration in order for it to be confirmed.
• The cocktail’s base spirit feature MUST have 35ml Ron Diplomatico or more.
• You may use more than one spirit & liqueur in your cocktail.
• Homemade ingredients and infusions are welcome, but the cocktail must be easily replicable.
• Applicants must also be aged 18 or older.

The Bonaire Rum Week Rum challenge will take place at Tiki & Co on Wednesday the 15th where you will present your cocktail.

All cocktails will be judged by in a criteria of: Taste, Balance, Presentation and Inspiration
