UNO OPS Jazz Camp Scholarship Application
THIS IS A SPECIAL SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION SPECIFIC TO OMAHA PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS. NON-OPS STUDENTS SHOULD NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM: rather they should fill out the other scholarship form available at www.unojazzcamp.com. A limited number of scholarships are available to assist OPS families in cases where the cost of attendance might be a barrier to their student’s participation. Scholarships will pay for $195 of the $200 tuition fee. The deadline for scholarship applications is May 15. Early applications will be given first priority. Applicants will be sent a discount code to use when registering in order to receive the scholarship.
