Your son/daughter can participate in a PAID summer internship program provided by Dreamtek Youth Services. Students will work at local businesses and community agencies for a duration of six weeks commencing as early as May and ending as late as August 2025. While participating in this program, your student will explore various careers and employability skills needed to be successful in the workforce. In July there will be a 1 day field trip mid summer celebration and showcase, normally held at the Riverside Marina 11000 Freud St. Detroit, 48212. Parents are welcome to attend. Please check below if your student can participate in that as well. 

Students will work a maximum of 20 hrs.with at the rate of $12.48/hr. (special scheduling will be made for students attending summer school) Students will be paid hourly and taxes and FICA will be taken when applicable.

Your student must have an IEP and an open case with MRS (Michigan Rehabilitation Services)
