The following survey is a collaborative effort between the Henderson County High School Youth Services Center and a team of community agencies. This survey is designed to collect information to help make our school community a better place for our children. This is an anonymous survey, so emails will not be collected. This will allow you to respond honestly while keeping your responses private. We appreciate your input.
