Statement of Understanding:  By checking "yes" below you are stating that you understand the following:  Completing and submitting this form is part one of a two part registration process.  Completing part one only does not result in your child being registered for Camp YEY.  You must complete and submit all supporting documents in part two of the registration process and receive a confirmation email in order for your camper to be considered fully registered.   *
