2024 Taste of Arvada Vendor Registration Form - Food/Drink Vendor
Taste of Arvada is Thursday, July 11, 2024 from 5-8pm at the APEX Center, 13150 72nd Ave. 

The goal of Taste of Arvada is to truly give attendees a taste of what Arvada has to offer- not only food and drinks, but local businesses, culture and entertainment! Please note this is purely a sampling event- no food is purchased by guests. 

Why do Taste of Arvada?
- NO CHARGE for restaurants that are Arvada Chamber members!
- Not a member? Participate for only $100
- HUGE marketing and social media exposure
- We make it easy for you… table, tablecloth and chairs included. Limited electricity available if needed
- Network with potential customers and partner businesses
- Compete for “Best Of” categories and receive a fabulous plaque if you win

Easy to Participate
- Provide 800-900 2 oz samples and what you need to serve them (napkins, plates, cups, etc.)
- Place posters and table tents at your restaurant (we'll provide and deliver them to you)
- Restaurants can load in starting at 2pm, and we ask that everyone is ready to go at 4:30pm
-  Bring menus, coupons and more to encourage people to dine with you in the future!

DEADLINE to apply: June 15th, 2024
Those who sign up before May 26th will get their business name on the promotional poster.
Those who signup before May 1st will get their business name listed on the ticket website and included in promotional posts for our ticket on sale date! 

Non- members ONLY: You will be notified if you are selected as a vendor and you must submit payment by July 1st or your spot will be forfeited to the next vendor on the wait-list.

If you are sampling alcohol:  Please note this in the comments below so I can follow-up with you on the alcohol protocol per the event liquor license that we hold for the event.

What do you plan to sample? Please be as specific as possible as this helps us determine what category to put you in for voting. If you need to tell us later, just put TBD and we'll follow-up.

Are you  interested in providing a special "VIP" Sample- could be an exclusive drink, special bite separate from your regular sample, etc. You'd be starred on the map/listed on the VIP pass. Plan on having 250-300 of these available in addition to your other samples *
Do you need electricity - if so, what are you powering? Please note electricity is limited so please only request if it's required to cook/heat your samples. *
Do you need to be outside? For example, you will be grilling your samples or you have a food truck *
Would you like posters (24x26) to promote this event at your place of business? Please let us know how many you want.  *
Would you like table tents to promote this event at your place of business? Please let us know how many you want. You can 1-2 to put on the counters or up to 50 to put on every table in your restaurant. 
I understand that if my application is accepted I must pay my booth fee by July 1, 2024 or my spot will be given to the next vendor on the wait-list *
