PROXY FORM

I, the undersigned member of the B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga Association of Greater New York, Inc. (IYAGNY), hereby choose to have the Executive Committee of the Board serve as my proxy holder with the intention to vote for the entire slate of nominees: Scott Alan Evans, Aneesh Deshpande, Sharib Khan, Barbara Mann, and Liza Toft at the Annual Meeting to be held virtually on Sunday, January 30, 2022. This Proxy may be revoked at any time by written notice prior to January 16 to the Board of Directors (info@iyengarnyc.org) or by virtual attendance at the Annual Members’ Meeting.

All proxies should be received at the Institute by 12:00pm on Thursday, January 27 and are valid only through the Meeting on Sunday, January 30, 2022. In order for the election to be valid, a quorum of Members must be present at the Annual Meeting (either by virtual attendance or by proxy). This year, we need at least 100 Members to participate to reach the quorum.

If you submit a proxy AND attend the meeting, your vote will count once.
