BBHHS Student Absence Reporting Form
Parents wishing to call off a student off absent can also do so by submitting the form below.  A parent must enter the Parent email they have on file in Final Forms.  If an invalid email is used the absences will be considered unexcused until verified.  When a parent submits this form an email receipt is sent to the parent's email as well as our attendance secretary Mrs. Jen Zlojutro.

This form may only be filled out by a parent or guardian.  If a student or person other than a student's parent / guardian is found to be completing this form disciplinary consequences may be enforced.
