This application requires you to take your time and give due thought to each question. While it will capture several pieces of essential information, it is also meant to give insights into you as a person. Please be as descriptive and articulate as possible and feel free to use examples in your responses.
We would like to know about your accomplishments and the roads that led to them, about important roles that you may have played as a leader or as a member of a team, about your capacity for problem-solving and, of course, about your drive to create constructive change in the world around.

- Applicants must be 18 years or above.
- Applicants must have completed their graduation.
- Applicants can not pursue any other course or degree during Fellowship.
- Applicants must be ready to give full-time commitment to the fellowship. The iDISCOVER fellowship is a two-year long fellowship and the selected fellows will be expected to resign from their current employment.
- The fellows will not be allowed to put the fellowship on hold under any circumstances.
- Applicants must be ready to intervene in a school to teach in intervention classrooms.
- Applicants must be willing to work towards the school and community development.
- Applicants must be interested in addressing educational and social issues and is eager to develop enterprising abilities.
- Applicants must possess curiosity, should be flexible in thoughts and must be adaptable and responsible.
- Applicants can be of any nationality. However, applicants from other nationalities, except for Indians, should have the legal status to work in India.
- Applicants should have functional knowledge of English as we would be using English language for coaching sessions, manuals and electronic communications.

- आवेदकों की आयु 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक होनी चाहिए।
- आवेदकों का स्नातक, फेलोशिप में जुड़ने से पहले पूर्ण होना चाहिए।
- फेलोशिप के दौरान, आवेदक कोई और डिग्री या कोर्स में चयनित नहीं होने चाहिए।
- आवेदकों को फेलोशिप के लिए पूर्णकालिक प्रतिबद्धता देने के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए। iDISCOVER फेलोशिप दो साल लंबी फेलोशिप है और हर चयनित फेलो से उनके वर्तमान रोजगार से इस्तीफा देने की उम्मीद की जाएगी।
- फेलो को किसी भी परिस्थिति में फेलोशिप बीच में छोड़ कर जाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
- आवेदकों को चयनित स्कूलों की कक्षाओं में जाकर पढ़ाने एवं अन्य प्रयोग करने लिए तैयार रहना होगा।
- आवेदकों को स्कूलों और सामुदायिक विकास की दिशा में काम करने के लिए तैयार रहना होगा।
- आवेदकों को शैक्षिक और सामाजिक मुद्दों को संबोधित करने में रुचि होनी चाहिए और उद्यम क्षमताओं को विकसित करने के लिए उत्सुक एवं तत्पर होना होगा।
- आवेदकों के अन्दर नया जानने,समझने,खोजने की जिज्ञासा एवं विचारों में लचीलापन होना चाहिए तथा हर परिस्थिति अनुसार ढल जाने की क्षमता और ज़िम्मेदारी का भाव होना चाहिए।
- आवेदक किसी भी राष्ट्रीयता के हो सकते हैं। हालांकि, भारतीयों को छोड़कर अन्य राष्ट्रीयताओं के आवेदकों के पास भारत में काम करने का कानूनी दर्जा होना चाहिए।
- आवेदकों को अंग्रेजी का कार्यात्मक ज्ञान होना चाहिए क्योंकि हम कोचिंग सत्र, मैनुअल और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक संचार के लिए अंग्रेजी भाषा का उपयोग करेंगे।
