For AGI playgroup:
- You are deemed to have agreed all terms and conditions once application form is submitted and information submitted is true and correct.
- A deposit of $500 is required for all new students, to be paid before attending the first class. The deposit is refundable when the school was given one-month notice for withdrawal otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
- No refund or make-up class for any missed or cancelled classes for whatever reasons.  No refunds are allowed for paid classes.

For DSS / PS program:
- You are deemed to have agreed program details, terms and conditions once application form is submitted.
- If there is any school closure due to medical outbreaks as instructed by the Education Bureau, all omitted classes will be refunded in pro-rata basis.  For example, if 4 classes were stopped, 4 classes will be refunded.
- No refund or make-up class for any missed class, sick leave or due to inclement weather will be given.
- No refund whatsoever for any reason except for school closure due to medical outbreaks as instructed by the Education Bureau.


AGI 親子, 興趣班:
- 申請人於遞交報名表時，已同意所有條款，並確保所填報之資料正確無誤。
- 所有新生需要支付500元按金，在上第一堂課前支付。如果學校一個月前收到退學通知，押金將予以退還，否則按金將不會退還。
- 無論任向原因，所有缺席或取消的課程都不予退款或補課。一切已繳費用，均不設退款。


2021年度暑期「直資 / 私校小一預備課程」:
- 遞交表格代表家長已經閱讀並同意 有關 DSS / PS 課程通告。
- 如教育局宣佈因疫情停課，學校將為受影響節數安排有關退款。如影響4節課堂，則安排四節課堂的退款，如此類推。
- 所有告假, 病假 或惡劣天氣均不設補課或退款。
- 除敎育局宣佈因疫情停課外，繳費一經接納不設退款。
