Join the Batten Kill Cooperative Invasive Species Management Association (BK CISMA) and Vermont Land Trust (VLT) for a mouth-watering adventure with edible invasive plants! In this family-friendly workshop, participants will have a chance to learn basic identification of common invasive plants and which ones can be turned into delicious treats. We will also discuss invasive management techniques and share recipes to take home. Come prepared to eat, learn, and pull some invasives for the betterment of the Batten Kill watershed ecology! Children are welcome.
