Please note:
- Gathering are attendee run and organized.
- Gathering organizers are responsible for their own advertisement and promotion
- Youmacon will not provide any photographers or crew members to the gathering
- Youmacon will not inform you if another gathering is taking place at the same time and place
- Youmacon will not inform you of any of the other gathering with similar content
- Youmacon will not inform you if the gathering clashes with a panel with similar content
