I understand that I must notify the organizational team as soon as possible if I cannot make it to the event.

I understand that registration fees can only be refunded before the registration deadline, and my registration fee will not be refunded if I do not fulfill my staff duties satisfactorily..

I understand that not showing up without notice to the organizational team may result in being denied from staffing at future competitions.

If selected, I agree to follow the directions of the Delegate and other staff, and to focus on staffing the competition. I will warm up for events as needed, but will be considerate of my responsibilities.
