As a volunteer for the Kailash Satyarthi Children's Foundation, you will spread awareness about the importance of education and the risks of dropping out of school to start work. You will fill out this form after spreading awareness to underprivileged families with children who at risk of school dropout and child labour.

 -  Tell them about on state and national schemes for the poor including eligibility and how to enrol so that their poverty is alleviated and child labour is prevented

 -  Explain that as a parent - it is their responsibility to send their child to school and it is against the law to deprive a child of education

 -  Instill the value of education. Provide positive stories of how education has changed lives - so they believe more in the power of education

 -  You can even help enrol children into school who are not attending

 -  Tell them that there is online school, school on TV and whatsapp lessons being taught right now at the government schools.

They will need to pledge that they will be a Child-Friendly Family and pursue education for their children inspite of Covid-19. If they are willing, you can take a picture of them holding up a piece of paper with #EndChildLabour2025 and upload it on bethehummingbird.in.
