Broadband Internet Access will primarily focus on topics related to broadband internet access (infrastructure and service availability) and adoption (subscribership) to affordable or no cost internet service plans. Hardware Devices will primarily focus on building a pipeline of technology equipment, such as computers, devices, etc.,  for ready access to low-income consumers. Digital Literacy/Skills will primarily focus on developing a comprehensive inventory of digital literacy and digital skills programs, coordinating providers, and identifying training gaps for future investment.
