Summer Group Training (June 2025)

*Sign ups will close after the 7 slots have been filled for each block*

Training sessions will run for 1.5 hrs focusing on different aspects of the game
Minimum of 5 players and maximum of 7 players
Trainings will be held at Millenium Park, 6451 Powell Rd., Wildwood, FL
Mondays and Wednesdays from 11 am to 12:30 pm
Summer Pack will consist of four sessions (2 per week for 2 weeks)

Private Soccer Training Waiver & Release of Liability

Release of Liability:

I release and hold harmless T10 Premier Soccer, LLC, its owners, coaches, trainers, staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from my child’s participation in training.
I waive any legal claims against T10 Premier Soccer, LLC for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during training sessions.

Code of Conduct & Sportsmanship:

I understand that my child is expected to follow the instructions of the coach and demonstrate good sportsmanship.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from training without a refund.

Payment & Refund Policy:

Payments for training sessions must be made in advance.
Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.
