Are you interested in learning fundamental mindfulness and meditation techniques? These can help you learn to self regulate, meaning you may be better equipped to manage everyday stressors. *

Too often, Yoga & meditation spaces exclude marginalised groups; people of colour, those living in bigger or disabled bodies, neurodivergent individuals, members of the LQBTQIA+ community, and people from lower-income backgrounds. We would like to prioritise holding space for members of these groups.

We understand things can happen; under extenuating circumstances such as illness, we would be able to offer attendees a space for that week over zoom. Similarly, if you had a scheduled event (such as an exam or a wedding etc.) that may mean you missing one week, we are more than happy to accommodate that if you could tell us in advance.
