2023-24 Morning Connections RSVP Form (November)
Hi,

Thanks for your interest in the 14th November Morning Connections with Dorota Stuker about the emotional intelligence of parenting. She will be talking about what emotional intelligence is, how we as parents and individuals can benefit from it and how mindfulness can support us and help us further develop our emotional intelligence. This will be linked to how The Storm Riders (Dorota's children’s mindfulness book) can support kids and adults on that journey. There will also be short mindfulness meditation or/and another mindfulness exercise based on time.

After Dorota Stuker's session, Tone Indrelid from the Stavanger Mentor Programme - Sammen on en jobb will share information about what services her company provides for international residents in the Stavanger region.

Programme:
Dorota Stuker: emotional intelligence of parenting (presentation/workskop)
Tone Indrelid: Stavanger Mentor Programme - Sammen on en jobb (information session)

The event starts with coffee/cake at 8:40 am in the Cafeteria Foyer and the presentation begins at 9:00 in the MS/HS Library. RSVP below.
