Using mindfulness meditation and communication work we will drop into connection with ourselves and then practice speaking and listening deeply with others. Circle practice, Nonviolent Communication and Focusing processes will hold the container at different points during the month, depending on the size and needs of the group.
Please arrive on time and stay for the duration if possible. Attendance is welcome for separate sessions as well as all.
Will meet 90 minutes - once a week for four weeks, August 5 - 12 - 19 - 26, 2-3:30pm EDT

Barbara Bash is an artist, author and longtime Shambhala teacher who has interwoven NVC and Focusing into her dharma practice. She hosted a monthly circle practice for the past three years at Sky Lake Meditation Center and was the Artist-in-Residence at Family Camp in 2017.
