With the flat rate of $4,000.00, you can book the entire Science Center for your school or organization from 5:30pm to 8:30pm! For groups of 200 students or more, Celebrate Science Nights are less expensive per person than a daytime field trip. All students, families, and staff may be invited (maximum 2,500 participants). Included in the event are open exhibit halls, a Dr. Phillips CineDome film, a Live Show, and Observatory viewing (subject to change based on weather).
A minimum of one month advanced notice is required to book a Celebrate Science Night. If you are looking for a date within one month, please speak with a Reservationist at (407) 514-2112 prior to submitting a form. Celebrate Science Nights are not finalized until a confirmation email from Orlando Science Center has been received.
Please note: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the program cost is due within two weeks of submitting this form. If you plan to use a purchase order for this program in lieu of a deposit, you may submit a copy to us by email at
