Parent/Guardian Commitment for Quarter 3

We are now planning for the potential to phase into hybrid learning, if permitted, in quarter 3 (January 19-March 5, 2021). In order to plan, we need a family commitment by Sunday, Dec 6, 2020. Please refer to the document for details about the hybrid learning option.

Please note that if your child is changing their option from the 1st semester, this may adjust their homeroom teacher. We have planned for two equitable models, but if there are drastic changes to family commitments, we may have to make this adjustment. Our goal is to keep all students in the same homeroom if possible.

*** We understand that this is a large commitment; however, planning for two equitable models requires clear numbers in both options. Once a family chooses remote for the quarter, they are committing to this model through the end of Quarter 3 (3/5/2021). If a family chooses hybrid, but wants to move to remote, this can be accommodated but will need to be discussed with administration.

Based upon the CUSD 201 Reopening Plan (available on our website www.cusd201.org), choose from one of the following. *

The hybrid learning plan- (AM In-person at Manning and PM remote small groups and asynchronous activities).

Continue full remote at home (AM - students zoom into the classroom with hybrid peers and PM remote small groups and asynchronous activities).

School buses will have limited capacity and students will be required to wear face coverings. If your child qualifies for the bus, will your child ride the bus to and/or from school? *
