REHEARSAL / PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE CONFLICTS:  Please bring your calendar and dates of potential conflicts to the audition to mark on the calendars provided. No absences will be permitted in the 2 weeks prior to opening night. Read through will be held at 5:00pm on Thursday, September 10 in Ashburn. Rehearsals will be held twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 - 7:00pm. Two weeks of tech will begin Monday, November 27 – Thursday, December 7.  Nightly rehearsals will be held during those final 2 weeks of tech.

Performances will be held December 9, 16, 21, 22 & 23 at 7:00pm and December 10 & 17 at 2:00pm at StageCoach Theatre in Ashburn, VA. Actors must be available for all performances.

We will do our best to keep late nights to a minimum for children cast in the show but the final 2 weeks before the show will require late attendance. For those auditioning who are ages 10 - 17, parent must agree by signing here.
