St. John Faith in the Home Survey
The goals of this survey are to help the St. John Home Ministry Team to accomplish the following:
1) Discuss what families think are important steps to practicing faith in the home.
2) Determine what St. John member families currently do to practice faith in the home and challenges to accomplish that; and
3) Assemble resources that would be helpful to families to practice faith in the home.

Below you will find a survey that consists of 11 questions for the purpose of helping the Home Ministry Team to accomplish the goals above.  Thank you for your time in completing it.
