Cookie Drive 
This form is to help me get a count of the total amount of cookies for our first Cookie drive! 

Cookies are due Dec 20, 2023 at 6 pm at the clubhouse! If you are unable to drop off please contact Raquel for pick up options, if you are able to volunteer for pick up, packing or distribution please note this in the below!! ❤️

Cookies can be dropped off bagged together as we will be dividing them into plates for each Veteran, we need 35 dozen cookies for this. Any excess cookies will be added to trays for delivery to either the fire station or pct. 4 depending on what they say when I call them 🤣.
