Winter Daycare 2021 (K-MS)
Please complete the following form if you would like you child to attend daycare during Winter break on the following days:

Friday December 17th
Monday December 20th
Tuesday December 21st
Monday December27th
Tuesday December28th

Daycare times on the above days will be 7:30am - 5:30pm.

Your child MUST already be enrolled in extended day to sign up for daycare on this day.

Winter Daycare is FREE of charge for all students who are already enrolled in extended day.

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON DECEMBER 3rd.
REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
