Puławska 99a, 02-595 Warsaw - the Ministry of the Interior and Administration with its seat at ul. Stefana Batorego 5, 02-591 Warsaw, and entities that, at the request of the Partner - project implementer and the Beneficiary, participate in the implementation of the project. Personal data may be transferred for the purposes of monitoring, reporting and auditing of the implemented project only to entities authorized to carry out the above activities. 6. My personal data will be kept for a period of 6 years from the approval of the final report on the Project implementation by the Delegated Body (ie the Center for European Projects Service of the Ministry of Interior and Administration); 7. Providing data is a prerequisite for receiving support, and the refusal to provide them is tantamount to the inability to provide support under the project8. I have the right to access my data and the right to rectify it, limit processing, and object. In this case, the right to delete data does not apply, because the processing of my data is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation requiring processing under European Union law and the law of the Member State to which the Administrator is subject.9.
