1:00pm – 2:00pm Lunch and CLE: Professionalism Considerations in Representing the Pro Bono Client
This CLE will address professionalism in Georgia and working with small nonprofits. The CLE will prepare the attorneys to provide pro bono assistance to a small nonprofit.
2:00 – 2:15pm Break
2:15 – 5:00pm Client Meetings - Breakout sessions with nonprofits on Employee Handbook provisions and updates (prior experience with employment law not required)
5:00pm-6:00pm Happy Hour Reception - Light refreshments provided by Seyfarth Shaw

• Each client meeting with a nonprofit organization will include Seyfarth Shaw and ACC-Georgia Chapter legal participants.
• Prior to meeting with the nonprofit clients, attorneys and legal participants will attend a CLE presentation to provide training on all of the issues that might arise during the nonprofit client meeting, no prior experience is required.
• Attorneys and legal participants should bring laptops to use during the CLE and client meeting.
• 1.0 hour of Professionalism CLE credit will be applied for in Georgia
• Volunteer attorneys and other legal participants will have the opportunity to work with the nonprofits in the future, if desired.
