Administratorem danych osobowych podanych przez Zawodnika jest Bemowskie Centrum Kultury w Dzielnicy Bemowo m.st. Warszawy z siedzibą w Warszawie (01-459), ul Górczewska 201, zwane dalej BCK. Dane osobowe Zawodnika będą udostępniane innym odbiorcom: (Międzynarodowej Federacji Lotniczej FAI w Lozannie oraz Aeroklubowi Polskiemu). Dostęp do danych mogą także uzyskać podmioty obsługujące zawody z branży IT. Ponadto dane będą opublikowane w formie „Listy zarejestrowanych zawodników” zawierającej: imię i nazwisko, kod identyfikacyjny kraju, numer licencji, częstotliwość radiowa i konkurencje - na stronie internetowej zawodów, http://www.bemowskie.pl/f3p-warsawchallenge2023/, w trakcie ich trwania i po ich zakończeniu. Dane osobowe będą przechowywane do czasu zakończenia zawodów a następnie przez okres przechowywania danych określony w przepisach FAI. Zawodnik podając swoje dane osobowe ma prawo dostępu do nich, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania oraz posiada prawo sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, a także posiada prawo do przenoszenia danych. W przypadku uznania, że przetwarzanie danych osobowych jest niezgodne z prawem, Zawodnikowi przysługuje możliwość wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych. Podanie BCK danych osobowych jest dobrowolne lecz niezbędne do udziału w zawodach. W przypadku nie podania danych osobowych nie będzie możliwy udział w zawodach.   *

The administrator has appointed a person responsible for the protection of personal data - the BCK Data Protection Supervisor, who can be contacted at the following e-mail address: ochronadanych@bemowskie.pl Competitors personal data will be processed pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), in connection with your participation in F3P WARSAW CHALLENGE and will be shared with other recipients (Fédération Aéronautique Internationale and Aero Club of Poland). Competitors personal data will be shared with other recipients: (FAI International Aviation Federation in Lausanne and the Polish Aero Club). Access to the data may also be obtained by entities providing IT services for the competition. In addition, the data will be published in the form of "List of registered players" including: name and surname, country identification code, license number, radio frequency and disciplines - on the competition website, http://www.bemowskie.pl/f3p-warsawchallenge2023/, during the competition and after its completion. Personal data will be stored until the end of the competition and then for the period of data storage specified in the FAI regulations. The competior prividing his personal data has the right to access, rectify, delete or limit processing and has the right to object to the processing, and also has the right to transfer data.If processing of personal data is unlawful, the competitor is entitled to file a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data. Providing BCK with personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the competition.If you do not provide personal information, participation in the competition will not be possible.
Wyrażam zgodę na nieodpłatne utrwalenie i publikowanie mojego wizerunku (w formie fotograficznej i filmowej) przez Bemowskie Centrum Kultury w Dzielnicy Bemowo m.st. Warszawy, zgodnie z art. 81 ust. 1 ustawy o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. (Dz.U. 1994 r. Nr 24 poz. 83). Jednocześnie oświadczam, że moja zgoda dotyczy fotografii i materiału filmowego, przedstawiających mój wizerunek, wykonanych podczas zawodów F3P WARSAW CHALLENGE, organizowanych przez Bemowskie Centrum Kultury w Dzielnicy Bemowo m.st. Warszawy. Rozpowszechnianie mojego wizerunku w formie fotografii i materiału filmowego, przez Bemowskie Centrum Kultury w Dzielnicy Bemowo m.st. Warszawy, może być dokonywane w mediach społecznościowych, folderach promocyjnych oraz na stronach internetowych BCK. Administratorem danych osobowych Zawodnika jest Bemowskie Centrum Kultury w Dzielnicy Bemowo m.st. Warszawy z siedzibą w Warszawie (01-459), ul Górczewska 201, zwane dalej BCK. Zgodę na publikowanie wizerunku można cofnąć w każdym momencie. Zawodnik ma prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz ich poprawiania (sprostowania), usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania. Zawodnik ma prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania a także prawo do przenoszenia danych. Zawodnik ma prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony danych Osobowych w przypadku uznania , że administrator przetwarza dane osobowe niezgodnie z prawem. Dane Zawodnika będą przekazywane w celu obsługi operatorom mediów społecznościowych, na stronach internetowych BCK które są obsługiwane przez podmioty zewnętrzne z sektora IT. Wyrażenie zgody dla BCK jest dobrowolne. W przypadku niewyrażenia zgody dane osobowe (wizerunek) nie będzie publikowany. *
