It’s easy to book an appointment! All appointments are typically booked 1-3 weeks in advance. We require full payment to guarantee the appointment date and time.

Please understand that inquiring about an appointment does not hold the date.  If we do not receive your payment and completed paperwork within 2 days, you will forfeit your event date for another potential booking.

We accept credit card and cash. No checks.

What is the cancellation policy?
We understand life happens and you might need to reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours we will gladly transfer your deposit to another date.
We require at least a 24 hour cancellation notice, while we want to be fair and understanding to all of our customers, we have to pre-purchase most items.

If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice, you forfeit your right to receive a refund.
