As an applicant for membership in the Mountain View PTC, I hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by the PTC bylaws. I further understand that the bylaws of the PTC is a contract between members and the PTC. Membership applications must be submitted each school year.

As a member of PTC, I agree to volunteer a minimum of 2 hours during the school year and will attend as many PTC Meetings as possible. Future PTC Meeting Dates, Times and Locations will be provided at our first Mandatory Meeting on September 18th. Meeting will be held in person and virtually.

There is a $5 membership fee. After membership is verified and membership fee is paid, you are hereby admitted to membership of the Mountain View Parent Teacher Club in accordance with the bylaws for the 2023-2024 school year.
