By submitting this document I am stating I have read the rules of the market and attest that my product(s) meet those requirements. I understand I am not allowed to offer products for resale nor am I allowed to sell products that I have no part in growing, raising, or producing.

I understand that if I violate any rule of the market I will receive one warning to stop. If I continue, I understand that I will be asked to leave the market permanently.

Winter Market will be located downtown at the Knox Gallery 175 E. Main Street  
There are Main Street and Third Street entrances. We ask that vendors arrive no earlier than 8am because sculptures must be moved and rugs laid down prior to vendor setup.

Saturdays 9 to Noon
October 24 - December 19th
* No Market the Saturday after Thanksgiving. However,  we will be adding a special "Thanksgiving Market" Tuesday November 24th from 4-7pm.

$75 for full season (9 markets)
$15 per day (if space available)

2020 Vendor Rules

Only producers from Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet and Otsego counties may participate in the market.  Exceptions may be made for products not offered from producers in those counties at the sole discretion of the market master.

All items for sale must be locally grown, raised and/or produced.  All items such as baked goods, jams, jellies, meat, dairy and processed foods must come from a licensed, certified facility and the producer must be licensed for that facility.  WE ARE NOT A COTTAGE LAW MARKET.

All products offered for sale must be grown/raised/produced by you or your family/garden/facility.  Products for resale are not permitted.

Sales of hot, prepared food intended for immediate consumption are temporarily suspended due to the Covid-19 regulations.

Setup and clean up are the responsibility of the individual vendor. Please do not leave any scraps or garbage behind. Because we have a limited space, vendors are allowed only ONE six foot table in length. You may add levels to your setup or create an L with another table if your products require more space.

Vendor pets are not allowed.  Smoking by vendors is not allowed.  This includes stepping outside for a smoking break.

The Harbor Springs Farmers’ Market strongly believes that individual vendors are only as successful as the whole market.  Please consider the market as a community and treat your fellow vendors with respect.  Help
when you can and stay positive!  If you have a concern or issue, please bring it to the market master so it can be resolved to the benefit of everyone.
