BIS SUMMER CAMP 2022 REGISTRATION

Event Dates:
-Session 1
Weeks of June 20th and 27th

-Session 2
Weeks of July 11th and 18th
(No summer camp on July 11th because of Eid)

Event Timing:
-Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Pickup on Friday is after jumuaa at HCIC approximately 1:30 p.m.)

Ages:
-6 to 12 boys and girls

Price:
-$135 a week per child
-If you cannot afford partial or full payment, please continue to complete this form and we will provide financial assistance.

Space:
-Space is limited. We operate on a first come, first serve basis. Your child will be placed on the waitlist if space is full. Please feel free to confirm your status with the below contact information.
