While the 8-Week Kick Start programme endeavours to cater to all fitness levels, for a small percentage of the population our group exercise programme may not be suitable for medical reasons. Although unlikely, if on receipt of your Health and Fitness Assessment we feel your medical or fitness history fits into this category, we will contact you and provide a full refund.
