We've got big plans for summer in the studio; from lessons, to summer camps, and work shops galore! There are boundless opportunities designed to ignite creativity, cultivate talent, and foster a love for music and the arts. Led by our experienced instructors, participants gain skills, confidence, and connections-- this summer is going to be a musical, journey of discovery!

Please utilize this form to denote your child's selected workshops for the summer. 
1. All workshops are FREE of charge for Pottshouse Music School students. 
2. Students may choose to participate in as many or as few workshops as they'd like. 
3. Please fill out ONE form per student. 
4. Please note the age ranges for each class and a brief description are provided below.
5. Please keep in mind workshops are first come, first serve and will have attendance maximums. 

This form will also be used to communicate with studio staff your student's summer flex scheduling choice (details explaining options are found in Steven's latest email).

WORKSHOPS FOR AGES 6-12
*** SPECIAL NOTE: If you have a 12 year old, homeschool student interested in participating in the Junior High Choir, that workshop is found under the age range of 13-17 year old.
Fun & Games with Miss Joy & Miss Abby
-Ages 6-12
-An introduction to piano and basic rhythms through engaging games and activities.  
-Max capacity of 15 students per workshop.
Buckets to Beats with Mr. Erick & Mr. Aaron
-Ages 6-12
-Explore making beats and rhythms with everyday objects. Older students will play on buckets and learn rhythm fundamentals.  
-Max capacity of 20 students per workshop.
Kids' Chorus Collective with Mr. Steven
-Ages 7-11
-Free 2-week chorus for class ages 7-11. Join us to sing and share music!
-Students are encouraged to attend both sessions, if possible.
-Max capacity of 30 students.
Theater Workshop with Miss Gwen
-Ages 6-12
- Theater Workshop for Kids: Join Ms. Gwen for a fun and interactive acting class! Explore storytelling, acting skills, and creativity on stage.
-Max capacity of 15 students per workshop.
String Exploration Workshop with Mr. Haydn & Mr. Aaron
-Ages 6-12
- Kids discover violin, cello, and upright bass basics with Haydn. Perfect for beginners.
-Max capacity of 10 students.
Chordology for Kids with Miss Abby & Miss Joy
-Ages 8-12
-Explore chord theory and improvisation, with a focus on sensitivity in worship music.
-Max capacity of 10 students per workshop. 
Sick Riffs for Kids with Mr. Aaron & Mr. Haydn
-Ages 6-12
- An introductory workshop for beginners to learn the basics riffs and sharpen guitar skills
-Max capacity of 15 students.

Creative Songwriting with Mr. Steven & Miss Abby
-Ages 13-17
- Learn how to write songs and understand song structure

Chordology  with Miss Abby & Miss Joy
-Ages 13-17
- Dive into music chords on the piano with Abby Durban. Learn chord theory and application for crafting catchy pop melodies.
-Max capacity of 10 students per workshop.
Junior High Collective Choir with Ms. Lynne
-Ages 12-15
- Junior High Chorus Collective: Free 2-week chorus for homeschoolers, ages 12-15. Join us to sing and share music.
-Students are encouraged to attend both sessions, if possible.

Jazz Improv for Teens with Mr. Aaron & Mr. Haydn
-Ages 13-17
- Introduction to jazz guitar chords and riffs for Teens. Great for guitarists ready to explore a new genre of music.
-Max capacity of 10 students per workshop.
Harmony Workshop for Teens with Miss Gwen & Mr. Steven
-Ages 13-17
- Bring harmony to melodies through singing and vocal techniques for Teens
-Max capacity of 15 students.
