#3828 Transformational Leadership Academy Series
The A+ Administrators Academy is a unique opportunity for school and district leaders to gain valuable insights on topics essential to the health and success of their individual schools and districts, all while getting away from their hectic daily realities. Administrators will receive tailored coaching that is focused on helping them build practical strategies that can be implemented immediately. They will build relationships with other administrators and develop partnerships to encourage their journeys. This combination of training, coaching and implementation in a focused environment will equip them for leading their organizations to even greater success.

Each session will include:
· 2 HOURS of instruction and interaction on the principles of the topic.
· 2 HOURS of group processing and topic development
· 2 HOURS of coaching for practical planning and strategy development

Educational leaders will walk away from each session with strategies and goals for practical application of the material. This will be accomplished through materials and interactivities designed specifically to aid in this outcome.

August 31, 2023
8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Leadership drives culture, impacts job satisfaction and ultimately sets the pace for an organization’s level of effectiveness. In this workshop, drawing on the Power of Backstory, we will discover each participant’s leadership style, demonstrate how to assess the styles of those they lead and develop strategies that maximize those styles for leading their teams to healthy success.

Culture is the greatest key to sustained success. Cultivating healthy culture is one of the most important responsibilities of a strong leader. Culture is also automatic.
