Thank you for volunteering to help at this Social Justice Fair being organized by Conscious Contra Costa and NAMI Contra Costa with the support of the Danville Congregational Church. Please answer as you are comfortable sharing, we just need your email so we can get back in touch with you!

What is your name?

Do you have any organizational affiliations? (schools, nonprofits, volunteer, work in government or legal justice, etc.)

Can you table at one of the following farmer's markets (any time between 9 AM - 1 PM on the dates below) , to help promote the event and engage the public around local issues of racial equity and social justice? Once we have at least two volunteers for each day, both will be contacted, briefed, and provided material for distribution.

What times are you available for on-site (989 San Ramon Valley Blvd, Danville) support on Saturday, 2/19?

11:30 AM - 1 PM on 2/19 (set-up shift)

1 - 3 PM on 2/19 **time tech support will be needed**

3 - 5 PM on 2/19 (serving refreshments, monitoring tables of orgs who couldn't make it, assisting art projects, clean up)
