Awards season will shortly be upon us in Term 4 and to ensure we consider and include all our wonderful artistes at Chilton, we would ask students and parents to fill out the following form with any Extra Curricular activities or performances.  If you are involved in music, dance, drama or art outside of school, we would like to know!  We would be grateful if you could fill out this form and return it by 16 October 2021.
