The form to request a Santa &/or Mrs Claus
The Buckeye Santas organization does not act as an agent nor accept agent commissions.  The listing of Santas on the website is not an endorsement or certification, nor do we place, refer or recommend anyone for employment.  Our members are Independent Contractors and the Buckeye Santas organization does not specifically assign a Santa.  Rather, as these requests are received, they are added to our list of Open Requests making it available to each of our members across the state.  At that point it is up to each Santa or Mrs Claus to decide if he/she is available AND able to fulfill the request.  The two of you can then work out the details to make sure everything is to your liking.
