Build Up for San Mateo County's Children, with support from Gilead Sciences Inc., is accepting applications from Family Child Care (FCC) operators to award grants of $5,000 per home to support expansion from a SMALL FCC LICENSE to a LARGE FCC License.

STEPS TO APPLY FOR THE BUILD UP FCC GRANT

1. Answer the following questions to complete the online FCC Program Curriculum (10-15 minutes)

2. Complete the 'Project Goals Worksheet' found on the application page of Build Up FCC Grants website https://sites.google.com/view/buildupfccgrants/application

3. Submit your 'Project Goals Worksheet' via mail OR email by posted deadline: May 31, 2020**

**All completed applications received by May 31, 2020 will be reviewed. Applications completed after the deadline will be kept on file and reviewed as funding allows.
