This form will be your guide to ordering a custom commission from me.
Commission Process:
Apply. Fill out this form to the best of your ability.
Send me an email if the form is not accessible.
Await. Allow at least a week for an initial response, be sure to check your spam filter occasionally. If your preferred contact method is not available to me, you may not receive a reply. Accepted clients will be given a quote based on commission complexity and labor.
Accept. If you accept the quote, I will send an invoice using your payment method of choice. Redeeming a quote will fill an open slot on my
commission queue, where you can track art progress.
Invoices that have not been paid within 14 days will be cancelled, and your slot may be cleared.
The commission will not begin without payment. A deposit of at least 50% of the full price is required before work begins. The remainder of the cost must be paid in full before the final artwork is sent to you.
Approve. Once payment has been received, work can begin.
When the first Work In Progress draft is complete, work will be paused, and a copy will be sent to you for approval. Be sure to mention changes or fixes needed as they become apparent. Approval of the draft means it is ready to be cleaned up, lined, colored, and/or rendered. Significant revisions beyond this point may require payment for additional labor.
Acquire! If there are no further approvals or revisions needed, progress will continue until it is complete! A copy will be sent to your contact method of choice, and the work - provided it is not private - may be uploaded later to my galleries/social media/portfolios. You are allowed to upload the finished commission to your desired sites, as long as the signature stays visible or the art is otherwise properly credited.
