If you have tested positive in the last 14 days or are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, been exposed to anyone with Covid-19, or do not wish to complete this pre-service registration, we welcome you to join our services online. Information at www.2saints.org

We ask for your cooperation in following the guidance from our ushers and coordinators. You and individuals in your group are required to wear face masks and follow proper social distancing measures while on the church property and during services.  

If after attendance at one of our in-person services, you believe you may have symptoms or tested positive for Covid-19, please contact the church so that we may inform your fellow worshipers to quarantine or be tested to protect the health and safety of our community.

Your information will be confidential and maintained by the church administration for 45 days from the date of the service and will be used to notify you and your group of any potential Covid-19 exposure.
